Where does Yarex work?
We are based in Etobicoke and serve Toronto, Mississauga, North York, Vaughan, Oakville, Brampton, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Markham and Burlington.
Can you help with permits?
Yes. When the project requires permits, we coordinate drawings, applications and the inspections that follow.
Can I stay home during the renovation?
Often, yes. We discuss work areas, dust protection and access before starting. For larger whole-home projects, moving out during the heaviest work may be the better plan.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. We walk the space, discuss the scope and prepare an itemized estimate at no cost and no obligation.
